Nendaz is like a secret porthole into the vast 4 Vallees ski area which means its great for ski-exploring (not just run-of-the-mill 'ups and downs'). There is terrain to suit everyone, but the wider area is magnificent for more accomplished skiers. The small, quiet village is home to a surprising array of eateries, bars with great atmosphere and some of the best sunsets in the Alps.
