"Serre Chevalier is an ensemble of several traditional and beautiful French Villages, the ski area is big, varied and with multiple access fro the various resorts that makes the ski area. There is something for everyone, everyday you can do something different and it is home of some of the best threes' skiing in Europe. Definitely my favourite French resort."

Overview of Serre Chevalier

Serre Chevalier is located in the Alps close to the French-Italian boarder. The valley consists of four villages - Briançon, St Chaffrey Chantemerle, Le Salle les Alpes Villeneuve and Le Monêtier les Bains. The most famous of the villages is Briançon with it's historic fortified walls and architecture which date back 300 years. The villages are in a beautiful location with trees all around and other wonderful scenery. This is particularly scenic during the winter months after a fresh layer of snow.

To get to the resort you could fly into Turin or Grenoble. An alternative way would be to drive from the UK through one of our self-drive holiday packages which includes the Eurostar across the channel.
