A high resort base at 1850m makes this lesser-known 3 Valleys resort very snow-sure, meaning no matter when in the season you visit, snow will be plentiful. Accessing the massive 600km 3 Valley ski area is very easy thanks to the compact nature of the resort itself, as well as most accommodation being ski-in/ski-out. Les Menuires is a great option for a family self catering ski holiday, with some gentle local slopes, great value accommodation and the proximity to the big-name resorts of Meribel, Courchevel and Val Thorens.
