Meet the Team 2024

Ex-seasonnaire of the 3 Valleys & Val d’Isere and usually found cruising the blues or enjoying a civilised evening of après, ideally at Cocorico's! Alfie has ambitions to ski in North America in the future.

Skied in the beautiful resort of Meribel from a very young age and visited many different resorts on multiple seasons. Thinks there is no better place on earth than in the mountains.

Sophie’s been skiing since she was just three, skiing in resorts all over Europe with a particular love for the Arlberg region, skiing in Lech and Zurs for the last twenty years. Like many here, she thinks nothing beats the fresh mountain air, an Aperol Spitz and a boogie in the Folie Douce.

Having grown up in warm, sunny Kenya, snow was a foreign concept to Ella! She fondly remembers her first-run, completed on a beaten-up rental board, and has since gone onto complete two seasons in Morzine. The mountains are a second home for Ella, and she adores sharing that through her work.

Sorcha started skiing at age ten, and has been obsessed ever since! Having holidayed in Sweden, France, Switzerland, Italy and Austria alongside seasons in Courchevel and Avoriaz, she’s turned her hobby into a lifestyle. Her ideal day consists of a few corduroy blues, a few runs through the trees, topped off with live-music-fuelled après!

Skiing since his teenage years and paradoxically loves La Plagne and Aspen. Miles' skiing ambition is Japan! Miles is a Skiworld veteran, calm under pressure, a natural leader and architect of the infamous 'Skiworld Way'.

Ellie fell in love with the mountains when she first went skiing in her teens, her heart then set on moving to the mountains as soon as she reached eighteen. For the next eight years, she worked all over the French Alps. You’ll typically find Ellie cruising around for the best off-piste spots and enjoying a little après at the end of the day.

Alanna was thrust onto the slopes of Chamonix almost as soon as she could walk. Having skied in several European and North American resorts, as well as an active volcano in New Zealand, she loves nothing more than a scenic tree-lined run before finishing the day with a little après.

Although not making it to the mountains till more recent years, Jodie has discovered a love of snowboarding in a variety of resorts. She loves cruising quiet runs through the trees and seeing what each resort has to offer. She’s been lucky enough to visit France, Austria and Italy with a brief stop to Finland – each trip being her year’s highlight!

Like many people here, Ryan is happiest in the mountains - skiing is his greatest passion. Lucky enough to have skied in over 30 resorts in Europe, Canada and the USA, he loves nothing more than travelling and discovering new mountains to explore on his telemark skis. Bring on the next bluebird powder day!

A winter lover, Annie first hit the slopes in her early teens before going onto complete her ski instructor qualification and two seasons in St Anton. While she's now most often spotted on a snowboard, Annie still thrives on the thrill of chasing fresh powder and capping off her day with a little boogie – preferably at the Krazy Kanguruh!

Mike is our friendly finance jack-of-all trades, known for his helpful nature. When he’s not busy with spreadsheets and invoices, you’ll find him grooving to Korean pop and Brit-pop tunes. Mike's a badminton nut who enjoys both watching and playing in his free time.
